З мінусів: неймовірно гіркий салат, оператори на касі можуть прибрати твій номер з черги ДО того, як замовлення готове, деякі термінали можуть видавати сповіщення "Обслуговуємо тільки замовлення з собою" (супер, тягатися з пакетом), але решта дають можливість зробити як замовлення на місці, так і з доставкою до столика.
