Хотелось попробовать что-то другое кроме суши и роллов. Чиванмуши-считаю стоимость для такого блюда завышена, типа суфле из морепродуктов и яйца на водяной бане, однако когда делал сам, при этом купил все ингредиенты, включая комбу и стружку тунца и сделав сам даси, получилось вкуснее и дешевле. Но это не означает что плохо, просто не мое. Темпура- на раз, причем корочка с гриба слезла, думаю не умеют делать. Креветка - средне, на раз, чтобы попробовать. До этого ел суши и роллы - чуть лучше чем в icon sushi, но буквально капельку, рис делают чуть лучше. Проблема всех ресторанов японской кухни-они не умеют делать рис, а ведь это самое главное, чтобы рисового уксуса было немного и в тоже время чтобы не как каша, а многие иди делают сухой рис или как в дешевых типа сушистори липкий как каша!!!
