Гарна локація, смачна їжа, проте ставлення до своїх клієнтів залишає бажати кращого. Ми святкували весілля дочки на терасі. Місце гарне, проте зовсім не адаптована до поганої погоди. Контур тераси не закривається, шторки розвіваються вітром, обігрівачі треба самим арендувати десь на стороні (проте без закритого контуру при вітрі вони не дуже допомагають). Ресторан взагалі не попіклувався про таку ситуацію, але ж вона можлива і не прогнозована, бо рішення про вибір ресторану приймається за пів року, і в серпні буває дощ, вітер і +13. Персонал демонстрував малу зацікавленість зробити місце більш комфортним. Якби не наші організатори, нам би було ДУЖЕ погано. Менеджер Олександр був прям не клієнтоорієнтованим, робив те що просили, проте проскакували фрази типу "вас тут багато, а я один". Ніякого намагання бути привітним. Мабуть якби я брала до уваги ці фактори, я б дану локацію не обрала. Вартість висока, сервіс та клієнтоорієнтованість сильно не дотягують
