Dyuu Long has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Kyiv for Chinese cuisine. The kitchen really knows how to balance salty, spicy, and sweet flavors—each dish feels perfectly layered without ever overwhelming the palate. Standouts include the rich, savory-salty stir-fried beef, the fiery yet balanced mapo tofu, and the sweet-and-spicy glazed chicken that hits all the right notes. I also like the “spicy chicken meat” which is better than the name suggests with a dry salty sweet fried batter shell. Perfect with a beer and white rice. Everything arrives to the table piping hot, which makes a big difference in both taste and experience. The service is consistently attentive without being intrusive—staff check in at just the right times and are quick to refill or adjust anything needed. So far, I haven’t found a single weak item on the menu; every order has been excellent. If you’re craving authentic Chinese food in Kyiv with bold flavors and top-notch service, Dyuu Long is a must-visit. At least the second best Chinese in all of Kyiv.
