I am absolutely impressed by the taste and presentation of the dishes. My experience with restaurants across different countries has made me quite demanding when it comes to flavors and service, and I did not expect to find such a corner of culinary delight in Bazantow, Katowice. My gratitude goes to the author and creator of this concept. My only suggestion as a future returning guest would be to slightly reduce the air conditioning or raise the indoor temperature for more comfort (it feels quite cold), and to add mosquito repellent devices or provide solutions against mosquitoes on the terrace. Wishing you success and looking forward to my next visit!
