Co roku od 5 lat podczas wakacji w katowicach odwiedzalismy to miejsce. Zawsze wszystko bylo ok az do wczoraj. Bylismy z rodzina na pizzy i gdy chcialem zaplacic karta revolut(mieszkam na stale za granica i nie mam polskiego konta) byl problem. Po wlozeniu karty i wpisaniu pinu aplikacja na terminalu sie zawiesila. Sprobowalismy jeszcze raz ale bylo dokladnie tak samo. Kelner powiedzial ze obie tranzakcje zostaly odrzucone. Wtedy moj tata musial zaplacic swoja polska karta. Na aplikacji revolut pokazalo ze tranzakcja przeszla ale pan kelner zapewnil mnie ze za chwile pieniadze zostana oddane. Ku mojemu zaskoczeniu okazalo sie ze nie bylo zwrotu i ze skasowali nas dwa razy za ten sam rachunek. Zadzwonilem do restaurant zeby to wyjasnic ale bardzo niepomocna pani manager stwierdzila ze to moja wina i ze ona nic nie moze zrobic. Wyjasnilem jej kilkakrotnie ze to ewidentnie problem z ich terminalem do platnosci karta ale I tak odmowila zwrotu pieniedzy. Sprawa bedzie zgloszona jutro na policje Wielka szkoda bo jedzenie jest dobre ale bardzo niski poziom obslugi klienta rujnuje to miejsce. To chyba logiczne ze skoro zaplacilem ten sam rachunek dwa razy to nalezy mi sie zwrot jednej tranzakcji ale widac chciwosc I zlosliwosc wziela gore.

The experience was very good,we visit katowice every year and always visit this restaurant and the food and atmosphere is always good, however this year, the customer service was terrible. The waiter who was serving us, he was nice but the restaurants card machine faulted and the machine said that the transaction was unsuccessful, so we tried multiple times but it said the same, until we used another family members card which went through. But we realised that the banking app (revolut) said that a payment on the 1st card went through,so we accidentally made the payment for the food twice. The waiter understood the mistake and gave us the unsuccessful receipts so we could base our claim. We called the restaurant the next day, wanting our money back but the woman on the phone claimed that it wasn't the restaurant fault, and they wouldn't give the money back as they recognised no mistake, which is not true.
