This restaurant was a truly unexpected gem. As a pescatarian, I often find it challenging to enjoy local cuisine, especially in Prague. Here, I discovered a beautifully cooked trout fillet in a delicate almond sauce, thoughtfully paired with bread dumplings served separately. The pomelo-grapefruit beer was a refreshing and original touch. The service was warm and attentive, the staff genuinely kind, and the prices surprisingly reasonable — especially compared to Karlovy Vary and Prague. I will gladly return.
