Un sitio descubierto por casualidad pero que seguro repetiremos. La carta no es muy extensa pero todo lo que tiene en ella es calidad y original. Combina sabores tradicionales con un toque de innovación y una presentación bastante interesante de los platos. El servicio espectacular, tanto de los camareros como del dueño, Alejandro, que se acercó a la mesa para qué tal había ido la cena. Los brioches son una fusión de sabores increíbles, aunque es cierto que algo más de cantidad le daría ya la perfección. El Hubart era una delicia al paladar. La tarta de queso con pistacho se va a convertir en una de las favoritas de Jerez y los helados son también una delicia. Por último decir que el sitio es muy tranquilo y diáfano aunque la iluminación podría ser mejorable.
