Stopped by after watching the afternoon performance at The Royal Andalusian School of the Equestrian Arts. Just coming on for an afternoon bite, we shared the amazing Aged Cheese Platter along with the Iberico mixed deli platter , the aged cheese platter was off the chart - so delicious! The meats offered a wide selection from presunto to sausages to loin slices and spiced meats. Served with a simple, but tasty basket of bread - we thoroughly enjoyed! We also added on the croquettes with Iberican pork and thw absolutely divine gyoza with iberico pork, lemongrass and ginger served with a side of sriracha mayo dipping sauce. Hands down, the global was the best of the best! We will be back when visiting Jerez again! Muchas Gracias!
