La actitud de la mayoría del personal de esta empresa es simplemente inaceptable. Parece que la única cualidad necesaria para trabajar aquí es ser maleducado, déspota y actuar con una superioridad ridícula, especialmente frente a los clientes, que son quienes realmente sostienen el negocio. La falta de profesionalidad y empatía es evidente desde el primer momento cuando parece que te están haciendo un favor. Con este trato, no es de extrañar que cada vez menos personas bajemos a consumir y acudamos a las máquinas que hay en el edificio.
