Located in a basement of a hotel. Nice cosy setting. Food is very tasty. Really authentic. Service is appalling. So so so slow. We ordered 2 starters, got one after 20 mins and another after 30 mins. No plates were offered for us to put our starters on. The drinks we ordered were given 20 minutes after we ordered, and had to ask for them too The mains came, no chappatis came for 5 mins, then when chappatis arrived they weren’t enough for the whole table as all the chapatis we ordered didnt come at once. We ate most of our curry with a spoon as chappatis took so lonhg We did want a dessert but didnt bother as the main and starter took extremely long. No apologies for delay and hardly any staff around other than one young girl trying to keep up with all the requests from customers
