başlangıç olarak sake carpaccio ve etli gyoza söyledik. sake carpaccio çok güzeldi, öneririm 5/5. gyoza hamuru çok kalındı, hamurun tadı ve içi fena değildi 3/5. ana yemek olarak, salmon teriyaki rollun içindeki somon pişmişti, bence bunun menüde belirtilmesi gerekirdi, ek olarak somon kuruydu, dokusu-ağızdaki hissiyatı çok kuru ve biraz rahatsız ediciydi 3/5. dragon roll güzeldi ama genellikle tatlı ana yemek sevmeme ve soya sosu, zencefil ve wasabi ile birlikte yememe rağmen çok tatlı geldi, tatlı roll tercih etmeyenlere önermem, tadı dengelemek için roll içine ekşi veya acı bir element eklenebilir 4/5. regina roll fena değildi, yine minik dokusal problemleri vardı 4/5. tatlı olarak çikolatalı ve çilekli mochi söyledik. mochi içindeki dondurmalar güzeldi, çilekli olan sorbet gibiydi. ancak mochigomesi-pirinç hamuru gerçekten kötüydü, bence tekrar servise girmeden önce üzerinde çalışılması gerekiyor 2/5. belki yerkenki yorumlarımı duyduklarındandır, belki değil, kahve ikram ettiler (: kahvesi güzeldi. servis çok iyiydi, güler yüzlü ve ilgililerdi.
