McDonald's Florya şubesinde gece saatlerinde yoğunluk çok fazlaydı ancak dört müdür dışarıda bekliyordu, hiçbir şekilde servise yardımcı olmuyordu. Sadece iki çalışan dışarıya servis veriyor, her işe onlar koşturuyordu. Müdürler sadece emir veriyor ama boşları toplamıyor, menüleri taşımıyorlardı. Müşteriler ayakta beklerken yönetim hiç müdahale etmedi. Koordinasyon eksikliği yüzünden siparişler geç hazırlanıyor, ortam çok dağınık. Bu kadar kurumsal bir markada böyle bir yönetim zafiyeti görmek üzücü.
