Kaizen Ramen’e iki kez gittim çünkü çok övülüyordu ama ikisinde de aynı hayal kırıklığını yaşadım. Beef Shoyu Ramen’i seçtim. Servis hızlıydı, ortam gerçekten çok keyifli ama suyunun lezzetinde bir şeyler eksik. Suyunda beklediğim derin aromayı bulamadım ve üzerindeki havuçların diri kalması da yemeğin bütünlüğünü bozdu. Fiyat ve sunum iyi olsa da lezzet kısmında bir türlü tatmin olamadım, bu yüzden tekrar gitmeyi düşünmüyorum. Elbette orijinal bir lezzet beklemek haksızlık olur ama bunun uyarlama olduğunu da düşünmüyorum.
