Mekânın ilk izlenimi gayet olumlu. Ön bahçesi, iç mekânı ve arka bahçesiyle ferah ve temiz bir atmosfer sunuyor ve uzun kuyruklar olmadan masa bulunabiliyor. Özellikle yaz akşamlarında tercih edilebilecek sessiz ve sakin arka bahçesi, şehir gürültüsünden uzaklaşmak isteyenler için ideal. Gelelim asıl meseleye: hamburgerlere. Biz kütül burger, kereste ve talaş burger denedik. Burgerler kocaman ve yanında çıtır patatesiyle geldi. Menüde belirtilene göre köfteler 140gr; ancak masaya gelen burgerlerin köftesi biraz ince ve daha düşük gramajlı gibiydi. İç malzeme konusunda eli bol davranıldığını söylemek gerek. Patatesler de lezzetli ve kıvamındaydı; ne fazla yağlı ne de yavan. Servis açısından ise birkaç küçük pürüzle karşılaştık. İçeceklerin siparişle birlikte erkenden gelmesi, yaz sıcağında pek iyi bir fikir olmayabilir. Şişeler açık geldiği için hamburgerler gelene kadar ısınmışlardı. Buzlu bardak gibi basit ama etkili bir detay, bu sorunu rahatlıkla çözebilirdi. Balta Burger, genel olarak nezih ve özenli bir işletme izlenimi bırakıyor. Yediklerimiz güzeldi ama çalışanlar asık suratlı, masada peçete yok, eldiven istemeden gelmiyor aynı şekilde ketçap ve mayonez de öyle sonuçta Burger yiyorsun bunları istemeye gerek yok diye düşünüyorum, ama en kötüsü çalışanlar tamamen asık surat ve içecekler geldiğinde hepsini masaya bırakıp gitti ben servis ettim
