Deniz doldurularak yapılmış, devasa bir alan. Çok sağlam ve bilinçli bir peyzaj çalışması var. Ağaçlar, özenle seçilmiş türlerden oluşuyor; posası ve yaprak döküntüsü fazla olmayan türler tercih edilmiş. Parkın planlaması; yürüyüş yolları, bisiklet yolları, spor alanları, etkinlik alanları ve diğer tüm yapısıyla – WC'si ve mescidiyle birlikte – son derece özenli bir şekilde yapılmış. Özellikle hafta içi, bilhassa mesai saatleri içerisinde burada zaman geçirmek çok keyifli; çünkü bu saatlerde kalabalık olmuyor. Yeterli sayıda otopark mevcut. Sabahtan beri dikkatle gözlemliyorum, bir kusur arıyorum ama gerçekten bulamıyorum. Sonuç olarak: Gerçekten mükemmel bir park.
