Sitio hipnótico. Ambiente con una decoración fascinante, un producto de muy alta calidad y un servicio fantástico. Para repetir.

Nueva visita al Tatau. Siguen en su línea habitual que es el excelente. La propuesta de su menú es fantástica y el servicio estupendo. Se esmeran en cambiar platos y los cambios no pierden un ápice de calidad. Un 10 para Tonino y el resto de cocineros que lo acompañan. Me sigue pareciendo que valoramos poco el lujo que supone tener en Huesca un local como éste. Por ponerles algún "pero", quizá podrían mejorar la carta de vinos (alguna referencia de vino sin alcohol desentona porque no está a la altura y algunas referencias de vino conocidas están bastante "sobre-preciadas"). Añadir una oferta de maridaje a su genial menú tampoco estaría nada mal.
