Annan 5 tähteä sillä olin niin positiivisesti yllättynyt ravintolasta. En ollut asettanut odotuksia korkealle, koska hotellien ravintolat ovat usein intohimottomia. Odotin listaa täynnä perusburgereita. Mutta listalta löytyikin yksi parhaimmista skageneista ikinä. Se oli iso ja taidokas kokonaisuus. Alkupalana niin iso että pääruoka olisi pitänyt miettiä uudelleen. Halloumburgeri oli kohtalainen. Olisin tilannut kevyemmän pääruoan jos olisin tiennyt skagenista etukäteen. Viinit oli hyviä. Palvelu asiakasta kunnioittavaa. Ruokalista oli lyhyt, mikä aina hyvä. Jälkiruokia emme jaksaneet syödä. Jos ravintola olisi ollut toisessa kontekstissa olisin antanut 4 tähteä. Tämä kuitenkin tuntui toimivan hyvin hotellin yhteydessä ja oli onnistunut kokonaisuus. Googlen tähtiluokitus on ehdottomasti tällä hetkellä reilusti alakanttiin.

Surprisingly the food that I ordered was great, the menu was small, so I selected the seasonal fish, which I had to ask the waiter for tonight's fish, it was well served, with healthy vegetables that were carefully cooked, soft crisp, and the potato mash had truffle oil in it, absolutely loved it!
