We had a fabulous dinner at Lobo in Helsinki on August 9th! It is a set tasting menu and some of the most creative dishes we have seen. Every dish as superb; so well done. We especially loved the duck dishes. Service was excellent and very friendly (but I can't remember her name) as well as the chef dishing the plates. We can highly recommend. Note: they only take reservations.

Rewelacyjna restauracja z menu degustacyjnym. Wizyta tutaj to była cudowna podróż kulinarna przez trzy kontynenty. Kompozycje dań inspirowanych kulturami europy, wschodu i ameryki łacińskiej zachwycają jakością składników i połączeniami smakowymi. Świetna selekcja win i genialna obsługa dopełniają całości.

Outstanding. I was positively shocked by this unassuming place. They have one single tasting menu only but that focus pays off. It was better than I'd say 70% of one Michelin star restaurants'. And for €75 an absolute bargain. Go there now before this place takes off because I can assure you it will. It's just opened and so there's still seats. Outstandingly delicious and creative international new cuisine using the best Finnish local produce in a relaxed decor where all the effort goes into the food. If you're in Helsinki this one is a must. We walked into it randomly by chance and I wasn't expecting something like that. Almost two thirds of the dishes gave me a foogasm and the dessert made me almost cry of bliss.
