Menimme kahvilaan 16.8. Kassalla oleva työntekijä, joka puhui aksentilla, petti meidät, otti meiltä rahaa cupcake 2 kertaa. Työntekijä teeskenteli unohtaneensa lyödä kuittiin leivoksen ja käski maksaa sen uudelleen. Samalla hän ei antanut kuittia. Kun istuimme pöydän ääreen ja aloimme laskea, olimmeko maksaneet oikein, työntekijä juoksi karkuun eikä tullut enää kassalle ennen kuin lähdimme. Oli jatkuvasti pitkiä jonoja, emmekä voineet mennä kassalle pyytämään työntekijää tarkistamaan maksua. Tämän seurauksena maksoimme liikaa 5 euroa. Emme mene enää tähän kahvilaan. Ole varovainen ja pyydä kuitti maksun vahvistamiseksi.

Good spot for coffee and a little snack after arriving in Helsinki via train. Coffee very good. Blueberry pie very good. Lots of comfortable seating. Good for travellers. Good vibes all round.

Ihana asiakaskohtaaminen! Todella mukava työntekijä otti lämpimästi ja rauhallisesti vastaan kiireisessä tilanteessa, näitä lisää!! Kyseessä kaunis pitkä blondi!
