Japanese cuisine is an acquired taste, I like sushi more, generally not bad but noisy and you won't be able to relax, the menu is not very big but there is something to try if you are there for the first time

The best place we ate in Helsinki! The atmosphere is really cozy and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. At lunchtime they offer a fixed-price buffet for €15.50, which even includes water and coffee — great value, especially compared to many other places in the city. We really appreciated that they had vegetarian options, which were surprisingly hard to find during our trip. The dishes were tasty, fresh, and generous, and everything felt authentic and well-prepared. Overall, the combination of fair pricing, cozy setting, and excellent food made this our favorite dining experience in Helsinki. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city!
