Ich war hier, um ein Paket beim UPS Access Point im AlsterCity Kiosk abzuholen. Von außen sieht das Gebäude echt schick und modern aus – man denkt erst, man steht vor einem größeren Shoppingcenter. Drinnen dann die Ernüchterung: Das Ganze ist eher klein und wirkt mehr wie ein Bürokomplex mit ein paar Läden als ein richtiges Einkaufszentrum. Kein Ort, an dem man großartig bummeln möchte. Aber fairerweise: Für den Alltag gibt’s hier schon ein paar praktische Sachen – z. B. eine Postfiliale, den CAP Nahversorger, ein asiatisches Restaurant und eine Apotheke. Also für Besorgungen oder eben die Paketabholung ist das schon ganz okay. Die Abholung selbst lief übrigens problemlos: Kiosk war schnell gefunden, alles ging zügig und das Personal war freundlich. Fazit: Zum Shoppen eher uninteressant, aber für schnelle Erledigungen oder den UPS Access Point absolut in Ordnung.
