Ich kann den Erfolg von Starbucks nicht nachvollziehen. Service: was für ein Service? Man muss stehend warten bis der Kaffee zubereitet wird, bei einem großen Andrang kann das gerne mal 10 Minuten dauern. Ambiente: erinnert an eine dunkle Höhle. Der Kaffee ist aber gut. Preise: viel zu hoch.
