Immer wieder gerne nutze ich Hamburgbesuche, um hier ein klein wenig zu schlemmen. Dieses Mal durfte ich es sogar für ein Wiedersehen mit einer guten Freundin nutzen, wozu es sich bestens eignete. Aufgrund des wechselhaften Wetters wählten wir einen Tisch im Innenbereich. Und anders als sonst probierte ich die hausgemachte Limo (Grapefruit, Zitrone, Ingwer, Minze) statt des aromatischen Kaffees, wurde aber auch von dieser Entscheidung nicht enttäuscht. Herrlich im Geschmack, erfrischend und dabei weder zu sauer noch zu süß. Ebenso konnte das Stück Himbeer-Schmand-Kuchen genussvoll schnabuliert werden. Die Schmandschicht lag nicht zu schwer im Magen, harmonierte wunderbar mit der Himbeerschicht und kontrastierte prima mit dem etwas festeren Boden, der geschmacklich nichtsdestotrotz alles abrundete. Was will man mehr? Ach doch, genau das: Das Serviceteam war jung, freundlich, unaufdringlich und aufmerksam :-)
