Am 28.04.25 um 08:49 Uhr war die Bedienung wirklich gut gelaunt, lachte, scherzte und bot mir für ein Flughafencafé einen wirklich außerordentlich guten Service. Backwaren und Kaffee ebenfalls gut. Im Gastraum sitzt man gemütlich, die Einrichtung ist sauber und einladend.

Als Mitarbeiter des Hamburg Flughafen ist man ja einiges gewohnt, aber was sich die Mitarbeiter dieser Backwarenkette ständig erlauben ist unfassbar... ständig unfreundlich und sehr unsauber beim arbeiten . Dazu kommt das die aufgebackenen Produkte nicht grade billig sind !! Aber dann die Frechheit zu besitzen mir ein Franzbrötchen einzupacken was nicht mehr in einem Stück ist sondern in 3 zerrissenen,ist unfassbar und spiegelt die totale Desinteresse des Unternehmens wieder . Ich kann nur sagen , ich hoffe das es hier bald eine 2 Möglichkeit gibt Backwaren einzukaufen.
