ist eigentlich mein lieblings röster in hamburg. allerdings ist die sorte "Cobra" ein totalausfall gewesen, das war geschmacklich echt nicht besser als irgendein 08/15 supermarkt kaffee - bitte überprüft, ob bei der röstung generell was falsch ist und nehmt die notfalls ausm sortiment, das geht qualitativ nicht (vllt hatte ich auch pech gehabt und nur der batch war iwie fehlerhaft, zumal die sorte schon seit einigen monaten geführt wurde). normalerweise waren die bohnen immer super. zudem war am samstag, den 05.07. um ca 10:30 uhr der service schlecht gewesen. lustlos, patzig und genervt, obwohl ich komplett freundlich war und einfach nur nach einem jüngeren röstdatum gefragt hatte (was generell nichts ist, das die bedienung gegenüber dem zahlenden kunden kommentieren sollte). der bestellte doppelte espresso war wässrig und lieblos, ohne jeden handwerklichen anspruch zubereitet. In nem milchgetränk geht das vllt unter, aber als reiner doppelter espresso war das wirklich kein genuss. muss besser gehen! sicherlich nicht einfach, personal zu finden, dass mit liebe zum und kenntnis vom thema arbeitet, evtl lässt sich ja nachschulen. kann mal vorkommen sowas, ihr seid mmn trotzdem einer der top röster der stadt.

Der Kaffee ist top – frisch, aromatisch und perfekt zubereitet. Besonders der Flat White war ein Highlight. Gemütliche Atmosphäre, nette Baristas und tolle Bohnen zum Mitnehmen. Ein Muss für Kaffeefans! ☕️✨
