Neue Pächter (2025) – die Umgestaltung der Wald Bar ist gelungen und erinnert angenehm an die anderen Kneipen der Betreiber auf St. Pauli. Wer die kennt, fühlt sich hier sofort heimisch. Die große Terrasse ist ein echtes Plus, besonders im Sommer. Das Pilsner Urquell als „Tankbier“ begeistert mit seinem unverwechselbaren Diacetyl-Aroma – und ja, Schaum ist hier wirklich Bier! Hinterm Tresen steht ein echtes St. Pauli-Original mit Erfahrung und Können. Auf dem Weg zur Toilette sieht man den Wald vor lauter Pilzen nicht. Eine Bar mit Charakter in der Neustadt. Ich komme wieder.
