The Urknall (big bang) bar is a local gem, off the beaten path. Especially great for supporters of St. Pauli and people who just enjoy hanging with the locals. Place was not busy when I visited but looks like a place that can fire up on weekends and during football events.

Great local bar. It gets really busy so you may have to share a table but that's part of the fun. The food is very good but I wouldn't rave about the house speciality. I preferred the chile sin carne.

Käsespätzle definitiv zu empfehlen! Das neue Team ist nach Kräften bemüht und wenn mal doch etwas nicht auf Anhieb gelingt, gibt das Personal sich Mühe, damit offen umzugehen und eine Lösung zu finden. Ich komm immer wieder gerne hierher.
