Ich war gestern zum Quick Lunch und heute wieder auf einen Drink in der Pianobar im Marriott Hotel Hamburg – und an beiden Tagen war Lisa das absolute Highlight. Gestern haben wir dort gegessen – der Service war top, das Essen hervorragend. Und heute, bei einem entspannten Drink gegen 11:45 Uhr, hat Lisa erneut mit Kompetenz, Charme und einer Ruhe geglänzt, wie man sie selten erlebt. Ich möchte sie nicht „Servicekraft“ nennen – sie ist ein Engel hinter der Bar und am Gast. Der Gin Tonic, den sie mir heute zubereitet hat, war einfach perfekt – in Geschmack, Präsentation und Ausstrahlung. Mit über 20 Jahren Gastronomie-Erfahrung kann ich ehrlich sagen: So jemanden wünscht man sich an der Front. Professionell, herzlich, souverän. Hut ab, Lisa! Zwei Tage – zwei Volltreffer. 10-Sterne-Leistung, auch wenn ich nur 5 vergeben kann.

Perfect atmosphere here, excellent cocktails, great live music, professional service. But was one problem - by mistake they charged me more. Replaced digits… for example instead of 47 -> 74
