Ein Erlebnis im Glas – absolute Empfehlung für Cocktail-Liebhaber! Diese Cocktailbar ist ein Highlight für alle, die gute Drinks lieben. Die Karte ist riesig. Und damit meine ich: wirklich riesig. Man hat das Gefühl, hier sind alle Cocktails der Welt versammelt – Klassiker, Raritäten, Eigenkreationen. Die Auswahl ist so groß, mein persönlicher Tipp: Karte erstmal zulassen, sagen, worauf man Lust hat – und sich überraschen lassen. Danach kann man dann in der Karte stöbern, denn dort findet sich nicht nur der Drink, sondern allerhand Geschichten zu diesen. Genau das ist der Zauber dieses Ortes: Man bekommt nicht einfach nur serviert, man wird beraten. Persönlich, mit Gespür und Know-how. Aus ein paar Stichworten zaubern die Barkeeper genau den Drink, den man gerade braucht – und erzählen dazu noch die Geschichte hinter dem Getränk: Woher es stammt, wie es entstanden ist, wer es schon getrunken hat … Man bekommt also nicht nur einen Cocktail, sondern ein ganzes Erlebnis serviert. Hier geht es nicht einmal nur um Genuss, sondern um Handwerk, Atmosphäre und echtes Interesse am Gast. Ein Ort, an dem man hängenbleibt, ins Gespräch kommt und immer wieder überrascht wird. Mein Fazit: Nicht einfach eine Bar, sondern eine Bühne für Geschichten im Glas. Wer Hamburg besucht, sollte sich das nicht entgehen lassen.
