Besucherterrasse ist top, bin trotz Höhenangst rauf, der Rand ist nichts für mich, die Shops sind aber ok. Meiner Meinung nach sind vor allem die runden Rolltreppen recht Höhenangstfreundlich(man kann nicht ganz runter schauen bevor man ca. 6-8 Meter erreicht hat), ich würde wieder hoch fahren, hat sich gelohnt. Tickets sind kostenlos

Other reviews are right. The escalator into the building is great. And the 360 external balcony walk was great for views of the city. Gift shop and cafe were ok. Unless you are there for a show then there is not much to actually do. Also just buy tickets online, not sure why people were quing to get it in? Great building to see in person
