Zondag 24 aug 25 besteld om 15:10 uur voor aflevering om 18:45 uur. Om 19:08 belde ik om te informeren wanneer we de bestelling zouden ontvangen. Kortaf was de reactie, het staat klaar, maar de bezorger is nog niet terug. Rond 19:50 uur, werd het bezorgd. Bij het uitpakken, bleek de saté te missen en bel ik hierover. De manier waarop ik toen te woord ben gestaan was verre van netjes, geen excuus en enkel volhouden “we hebben het druk”. De saté is niet meer geleverd, maar wel betaald. Kortom meer dan uur te laat, terwijl het op tijd is besteld, geen enkel excuus en niet geleverd waarvoor is betaald, dus voor mij alle reden om slechte recensies te schrijven.

Don't mind the 1 star reviews. Makes no sense. This shop gives you good food for a good price. Box is filled with good amount of toppings and it's delicious! Lots of options and combinations to choose from!

Ik snap ook de 1 ster reviews niet. Voor het eerst besteld via thuisbezorgd en het was er binnen een half uur en heerlijk! Kan er zeker nog een keer van eten dus helemaal blij met wok-inn 👍🏻
