Ik kom hier al jaren. Heerlijke lunch, maar vooral: heerlijke espresso! Prijs kwaliteit staat goed in verhouding, vooral in vergelijking met andere cafés in hartje haarlem tegenwoordig. De meiden van het personeel zijn onwijs lief en vinden het duidelijk leuk om hier te werken, dat doet de sfeer echt goed. Al met al: super! EDIT: Kritische review verwijderd en de sterren-score weer aangepast naar 5/5, vanwege jullie tijd en moeite om zo'n uitgebreide reactie te geven met excuses en het aanbod van een gratis lunch. Ik denk niet dat ik beroep ga doen op dat lieve en gulle aanbod, maar ik waardeer jullie gebaar wel ontzettend en ik vind dat jullie reactie betuigd van een ontzettend goede service! De negatievere ervaring was naar mijn beleving dan ook een uitschieter en zeker niet de norm bij jullie. Ga zo door met hoe jullie dit soort dingen aanpakken, top café

Meine Kinder waren von den Muffins und dem Apfelkuchen sehr begeistert. Das Café hat ein sehr schönes Ambiente und die Bedienung ist super nett und aufmerksam. Wir waren in unserem Urlaub 4x da gewesen und kommen gerne wieder. My Children loved the muffins and apple pie. The Café has a nice armosphere and the service is super friedly and attentive. We went 4x during our vacation and would love to come back.
