Whenever I visit my best friend in Haarlem, stopping by Oscars is a non-negotiable. I always grab us flat whites there. They’re consistently smooth, well-balanced, and just really well made. Their pastries are also soooo good! Fresh, flaky, and clearly not just an afterthought like at some other places. The vibe is warm and welcoming, and the staff are genuinely friendly (not in that fake smile way). One time I accidentally dropped my cappuccino outside (classic me), and when I went back in to buy another one, they gave me a replacement on the house, just such a kind gesture that stuck with me. Places like this make a city feel like home. Highly recommend.

Wat zonde Is er op de grote markt een Oscar met koffie gelegenheid die er heel gezellig uit zou kunnen zien maar helaas wordt het niet verzorgd.Tafeltjes en grond zijn vies,stoelen staan kriskras en wat er op ieder tafeltje hoort te staan zoals een bloemetje en een kaart staan bij elkaar op tafeltjes.Muziek niet ontspannen en veel te hard.Hee lijke koffie en taartjes en brood maar wel een teleurstelling om er zo bij te moeten zitten.Als het verzorgd zou worden zou het echt sfeervol zijn
