Erg slecht geworden. Kipnuggets van een paar dagen terug die helemaal uitgedroogd waren en te lang in de frituur pan heeft gelegen. Patat die meteen al slap waren. Nog nooit zulk slecht eten gehad. Er miste meerdere producten waardoor we een meerdere keren naar de balie moesten lopen. Ik snap dat het druk is maar moet de kwaliteit zo erop achteruit hollen. Ik heb het een paar keer geprobeerd maar het is niet goed. Personeel die staat te schreeuwen en klagen achter de balie omdat je een moeilijke koffie order zou hebben. Durfde het eigenlijk niet meer op te drinken was bang dat er in gespuugd was. Erg jammer dat het zo achteruit holt.

Na ruim 20 minuten gewacht eens gevraagt waar de bestelling blijft. Ja we gaan nu de patat er in doen. Na ruim 30 minuten een half lauwe bestelling gekregen... Wat is hier nog fast food aan ??
