Ik wachtte te lang op de schotel en het vlees was nerveus, het was niet van veel kwaliteit!

Vanavond weer eens na jaren gegeten, wel veel veranderd, maar heerlijk gegeten. Artisjok was niet warm en dat is wel lekkerder. Maar voor de rest was alles heerlijk en smaakvol.

Wir waren hier zum Abendessen in Haarlem. Die Lage ist toll, direkt an der großen Kirche am Anfang einer gemütlichen Seitengasse. Der Service war anfänglich aufmerksam. Die Vorspeise war klasse (wir hatten Käsesticks + Schinken + Carpaccio). TOP! Als Hauptspeise hatten wir einmal das Steak Samba und die Sate van de haas). Der Sate Spieß war gut, allerdings war das Steak (medium bestellt) total roh und anfänglich ungenießbar. Es wurde dann vom Service nochmal nachgebraten. Allerdings hat das so lange gedauert, dass ich am Ende alleine essen konnte. Wirklich uncool! Anmerkung vom Service: Passiert, feedback geht an die Küche. Hier hätte ich mir schon mal eine Entschuldigung gewünscht oder ggf. ein kleines Getränk aufs Haus. Aufgrund der Hauptspeise können wir dieses Restaurant nicht mehr empfehlen.
