Leider war unser Besuch im Café enttäuschend. Die Bedienung wirkte unfreundlich und man hatte das Gefühl, nicht wirklich willkommen zu sein. Auch die Auswahl an Getränken hat mich nicht überzeugt – da hätte ich mir mehr Vielfalt und Qualität gewünscht. Schade, ich hatte mir mehr erwartet. Nachtrag: Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung – auch wenn uns der Ton Ihrer Antwort doch etwas überrascht hat. Uns war durchaus bewusst, dass es sich um einen Coffeeshop handelt – gerade deshalb hatten wir uns auf besondere Getränke und eine angenehme Atmosphäre gefreut. Leider hat sich diese Erwartung nicht erfüllt. Der Umgang mit uns als Gästen wirkte von Beginn an distanziert, fast schon abweisend. Die Bemerkung zur Dachterrasse wurde in einem Tonfall gemacht, den wir keineswegs als freundlich empfanden. Hätte der Empfang einladender gewirkt, wären wir auch offener für Empfehlungen gewesen – zum Beispiel für die erwähnten Limonaden. Stattdessen entstand das Gefühl, als Gäste nicht wirklich willkommen zu sein. Schade, denn gerade kleine, spezialisierte Cafés leben doch auch vom persönlichen Kontakt und einem respektvollen Miteinander – in beide Richtungen. Trotzdem alles Gute für die Zukunft.
