J'ai eu le plaisir de découvrir le Stukitz Pub-Restaurant hier pour la première fois, à l'occasion de mes vacances à Graz, et ce fut une expérience absolument formidable ! Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli avec une grande gentillesse, ce qui a tout de suite mis dans l'ambiance agréable de l'établissement. Mais le véritable coup de cœur fut la cuisine. J'ai commandé l'« Eierschwammerl Gulasch mit Semmelknödel », et je peux dire sans hésiter que c'était un délice absolu ! Ce goulasch de girolles était d'une richesse et d'une saveur sublimes, parfaitement assaisonné. Et que dire du Semmelknödel ? Je n'en avais jamais vu d'aussi généreux et d'aussi succulent ! C'était un accompagnement parfait qui a rendu ce plat encore plus mémorable. Un immense bravo au cuisinier pour cette prouesse culinaire, et à toute l'équipe du Stukitz Pub-Restaurant qui contribue à créer une ambiance si agréable et accueillante. Je me suis régalé du début à la fin et je recommande vivement cette adresse à tous ceux qui cherchent une cuisine délicieuse et une atmosphère chaleureuse à Graz. J'ai hâte d'y retourner !
