Estuvimos comiendo el jueves previa reserva. El restaurante lo conocíamos desde hace años por su prestigio y calidad, y por ese motivo reservamos. Pero ha cambiado mucho. Estaba casi vacío ( cuatro mesas ocupadas), y sin embargo tardaron muchísimo en servirnos. Además el camarero fue muy poco profesional, ya que entre los comensales había una embarazada que preguntó sobre si el queso de uno de los platos estaba pasteurizado. Esto tuvo que preguntarlo en varias ocasiones. La primera vez siquiera supo contestar. A la tercera fue a cocina y de mala gana volvió con respuesta, pero previamente habíamos escuchado las voces desde cocina contestando de mala gana. La costillas con exceso de romero, el solomillo nadando en salsa. El codillo sí estaba bueno. Por eso le pongo 3 estrellas. No creo que vuelva.
