What an experience! We’ve been in Spain for a few days now, and this truly felt like a dream dinner after so many disappointing attempts. We absolutely loved the place. The food was incredible, the service flawless, and the atmosphere exactly what we were hoping for. We shared the ajo blanco revisited with pears, then the peas over burrata, followed by the fish of the day in a mushroom broth that was simply to die for. We finished with the hazelnut flan and its Chantilly cream, something I’ll probably be dreaming about for weeks! I really appreciated our server, who took the time to explain each dish with such passion. We’ll definitely be back before leaving the city!
