Quirky waiter/owner with his unique appearance, and his dog, a dynamic duo! We sat for a quick drink, were entertained by waiters singing and whistling over the music, his strange taste in mixology (vodka in mojito - that was a first ), and colorful characters that went in and out the bar. And yes, the dog was unphased by all of that and peacefully slept under the table in the corner!
