Skatås-Delsjöområdet är stans mest utvecklade frilufts/frisksportområde. Mängder av vägar, stigar, spår, leder m.m gör att det går att få oändliga möjligheter att variera sina rundor. Området har varierad natur, allt från frodig lövskog till karga bergsryggar, och flera större och mindre sjöar som ger fina utblickar. Dock saknas helt vildmarkskänsla men det är inte möjligt att både äta och kvar kakan i ett stadsnära friluftsområde. Mitt betyg inkluderar inte motionscentrumet (Skatås motionscentrum inklusive cafét).
