As a student I got free admission. A great museum to visit if you're interested in history dating back to the stone age, but especially for local Gothenburg history dating from the 1600s and onwards. I particularly liked their viking and 1800s ehibitions. Just be prepared to spend a few hours there. They also have benches scattered throughout the tour to rest on.
