It was my first experience buying a sandwich in subway (around a month ago). I wasn't aware of the items and the ingredients available. The employee here (Karthik) was very helpful in understanding my particular and complex dietary needs and restrictions. Without getting irritated and always wearing a pleasant and a warm smile, he helped me get a wonderful sandwich. A very pleasant experience thanks to Karthik!
