Excellent service from a lovely young man named Tom. He was very knowledgeable and was eager to make suggestions - encouraging us to try something new. Wonderful service combined with a welcoming, yet quiet cafe made for a very pleasant experience during our visit from Canada.

My husband and I have Brunch at Cafe Nero located in House of Frasers department Store most Saturdays . The staff are all helpful and friendly but one lovely young girl called Eden goes above and beyond .In our opinion she really is a huge asset to the company . She makes us feel like valued customers and because of the exceptional service we receive from her we would not consider going to any other coffee shop in Glasgow City Centre.
