I’m honestly shocked at the £10 service fee added to my bill — for what service exactly? I walked in, ordered a couple of drinks (which came to less than the service charge itself), and nobody even came out of the restaurant to serve me. There was no table service or interaction, yet I was charged as if I’d received premium hospitality. It feels completely unjustified and left a sour taste. Be aware before dropping by. Was told I'd be refunded immediately too after asking for it back to no avail
