Went along to Chicky's, had some great food, the tenders box and the mini smashed sliders box were both amazing, good options to personalise food to your spice level, really clean inside and all staff were wearing gloves when prepping food, good music that wasn't too loud that it got in the way of our conversation, love the decor, overall a really nice place and well worth a visit. Very strange experience. The flavour of the food was nice, but it wasn't very hot - both temperaturw and spice wise. I don't understand why it wasn't hot if it was prepare fresh, and the fries did seem to be fresh, just not hot. I was the only customer and got the food within a few minutes. I also ordered the two spiciest flavours but only one of them was spicy and not very. And instead of £9.95 I paid £10.95 and when I asked about it, I was told it was tax - I was ordering within the time limit for the reduced lunch deal, but probably paid the full price, even though I asked about it before I paid. Another guy came in when I was leaving and when I asked him, he said he paid the price that was on the board.
