Had the tonkotsus sando and it was easily one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. 100% recommend!

Had the Bang Bang Noodles and the prawns - best noodles I’ve had in ages and the prawns were delicious as well. I was pleasantly surprised that the noodles had much more heat than I was expecting but there was so much flavour as well - not just heat for the sake of it. I drove here from Edinburgh and it was worth the effort. Wish there was a place like this there as well. Will be coming back for sure.

The pork in the sando was crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside. The sauce in the sandwich complemented the flavour of the meat. Good choice of bread, would recommend.
