A proper gem in Merchant City! Staff here are consistently friendly and welcoming, all of them get shout outs for going above & beyond. Great range of beers & hearty pub food, steak pie & Balmoral chicken came highly recommended. Lovely vibe with plenty of screens for sport & live DJ nights at the weekend. Cozy, fun, & definitely worth a visit if you're after good service & good beer.

Brilliant spot in Glasgow! Popped into The Maltman on a day out from Edinburgh & couldn’t have picked a better place. From the moment we walked in the welcome was spot on. Noeleen & her fantastic team really know how to make you feel at home. Friendly, quick service & you can tell the staff genuinely care about looking after everyone. Food was excellent proper pub classics done really well & served hot & fresh. We had a mix of dishes at the table & everyone was more than happy. Drinks were great too with plenty of choice & well kept pints. The atmosphere in here was just right lively without being over the top a proper city pub with a brilliant buzz about it. All in all, a cracking find in Glasgow. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re over, it’s well worth the train ride from Edinburgh! 🍻
