Been coming to Carrigan’s for a fair while now and it’s a complete hit or miss! If you’re getting a good night then the food is incredible, service is great and overall just a very good meal! When you get a bad night it takes about 15/20 minutes for drinks to arrive and a lot of the time the food is either wrong or overcooked. Unfortunately the last few times me and my other half have been we have had bad nights. It’s a shame because the food here is very good and the staff are usually on point with everything. Hopefully if we go again it will be better than before but that’s been about 3 times in a row now where the food was either wrong, overcooked or the service hasn’t been the best.

Had the Terriaki Beef and apart from tasting superb the portion was much bigger than I've ever been offered in Blantyre. The Gammon Steak after it a excellent too, as always. The starter was enough to warrant another visit.
